How we review products
What we do
We read the official product page, the refund policy and the label. We check each ingredient against published research. We read what customers say in public places. We then compare what the product promises with what we can verify.
What we do not do
We do not claim to have tested a product when we have not. We do not publish invented customer stories, and we do not promise results. We do not make claims that a supplement treats, cures or prevents a disease.
How we handle claims
Every factual claim on a review should trace to a source listed at the bottom of the page. When the evidence is limited, we say "limited" or "unproven" instead of rounding up.
Our verdicts
Verdicts are mixed on purpose. A product can be fine for some readers and a poor fit for others. If the evidence does not support a recommendation, we say so.
Corrections and updates
Prices, bundles and refund terms change. Each page shows its last update date. If you see an error, email [email protected] and we will check it.
Independence
This site earns commissions from some links, as explained in our affiliate disclosure. We are not owned by the makers of the products we review.
